Hiding and Unhiding an Engagement

Hiding an Engagement allows you to control which Engagement opportunities are displayed in your Engagements page.

Hiding an Engagement

To hide an Engagement, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Engagement name you wish to hide.

   

2. Then click on the Hide button located in the engagement brief header.

   

3. The Hide engagement window will be displayed. Select the reason why you are hiding the engagement, and then click on Hide engagement button.

   

4. Next you will be taken back to the Engagements page. If you wish to view your hidden Engagements, click on All filters.

   

5. Scroll down to the bottom on the All filters menu, and click the box next to Show hidden engagements and then click on Apply button.

   

6. You will be taken back to the Engagements page and the hidden Engagements will be displayed.

   

Unhiding an Engagement

Unhiding an engagement will return it to you default Engagements page view.

To unhide an Engagement, follow these steps:

1. Click on the hidden Engagement name.

   

2. In the engagement brief header, click on the Unhide button.

   

3. Now the Engagement will display on the Engagements page.
