The Customer page allows you to search for a particular topic via the Navigation Index and the Search icon.
If you are a new Program Owner, please see the Program Owner Start-Up Guide.
Using the Navigation Index
On the left side of the Customer page, you can use the Navigation Index to search for specific topics. Topic areas and related documentation is sorted into specific sections.
Additionally, some topic areas will have multiple documents. To view all the documents related to that specific topic, click on the Down Arrow icon.
The additional documents relating to the specific topic will appear in the head document.
Using the Search Icon
To search for documentation using keywords, click the Search icon located in the upper right corner of the Customer page.
The Search Documentation text box is displayed. Type a keyword to display the relevant topics.
From the dropdown options, you can click on the document that best matches the topic you are searching for.
When you use the Search icon, the search results that are displayed are the best matches across our entire documentation site, including Researcher and API documentation and the Changelog.
If you want to ensure you only look at Customer documentation, we recommend you use the Navigation Index located on the left hand side of the Customer page to search for the specific topic or documentation you want.
