You can view an engagement’s health, progress, and activity from the Engagement Overview page, and quickly switch between engagements using the Engagement Switcher.
The Overview Page Displays
Depending on the engagement type, the Overview page includes:
Bug Bounty
- Estimated testing period
- Vulnerabilities rewarded
- Average reward (last 3 months)
On-Demand
- Testing period
- Vulnerabilities accepted
- Validation time
- Reward pool
Pen Test
- Estimated testing period
- Estimated report delivery date
- Methodology
- Testing progress
Vulnerability Disclosure
- Submissions triaged
- Testing period
- Vulnerabilities accepted
- Validation time
Status Tracker
Shows the lifecycle stage of the engagement (dependent on the engagement type):
- Draft: Bugcrowd is setting up your engagement.
- Launching: Engagement is scheduled to launch.
- In Progress: Testing and validation in progress.
- Finalizing: Reports are being prepared.
- Completed: Reports are ready for review.
Submissions Received
Displays reported vulnerabilities grouped by technical severity:
- Critical
- Severe
- Moderate
- Low
- Informational
Recent Reports
Lists the most recent reports generated for the engagement, such as:
- Security Posture Reports
- Industry Comparison Reports
- Health and Spend Reports
Click View all reports to navigate to the Security Program reports page.
Activity Feed
Displays recent activity for the engagement (e.g. engagement brief updates, rewards issued, disclosure requests).
To view activity:
- Scroll down to the Activity section of the Overview page.
- Review the chronological list of engagement updates.
Switching Between Engagements
The Engagement Switcher allows you to quickly move between different engagements without returning to the Engagements Page.
To switch engagements:
- Click the Engagement Switcher dropdown (top-left above the navigation menu).
- Search or scroll to find the engagement you want.
- Click the engagement name to open its Overview page.
