If you are an organization owner associated with more than one organization, then you can switch between organizations.
If you are associated with more than one and less than five organizations, then when you click the profile picture, the organizations are listed as shown. Select the required organization.
If you are associated with more than five organizations, then a drop-down menu is displayed when you click the profile picture at the top-right corner, where you can select the required organization.
