User Session Timeout

The Organization Owner can configure the user session timeout settings for the organization from the Authentication tab in the Settings menu.

To configure the session timeout settings for your organization, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Organization and click the Settings menu.

  2. Go to Authentication tab. The Organization authentication page will be displayed.

  3. Scroll down to the Organization Session Timeout Settings and configure the following:

    • Absolute session duration in seconds
    • Idle session duration in seconds

    The minimum accepted value for the user session timeout is 900 seconds, which means, you need to specify a value that is 900 seconds or higher.

  4. Click Save authentication settings.
