Request a Response (RaR): Filter & Tracking Updates for Withdrawn Requests
We’ve updated Request a Response (RaR) management to handle withdrawals. When a researcher withdraws an open RaR, it is automatically removed from active queues, preserved as an expandable item in the submission’s Activity feed with the withdrawal reason, and accessible in the Security Inbox using the Withdrawn requests to Customer filter.
