The Periodic Submissions Report now breaks out submission counts and average triage time for P1 submissions separately from all other priorities, so P1 triage performance is no longer averaged in with lower-priority work.
What’s changed
- The “Avg. number of days to triage” fields for the previous month and current month have been removed.
- They’re replaced with current-month submission counts and average days to triage, grouped as:
- P1: submissions for the current month, and average days to triage for the current month.
- P2-P5 & NULL: submissions for the current month, and average days to triage for the current month.
Note: Previous-month triage metrics are no longer included in this report. If you need a prior-month view, you can achieve that by adjusting the date filter.
