Customer > Submission Activity Feed Sort Improvement

1. Customers can now switch the order of a Submission’s Activity Feed between oldest first and newest first.
2. Customers can quickly and easily Send a message and Create a blocker via a sticky action panel visible at all times while viewing a Submission’s Activity Feed.
