To give customers more flexibility, the ServiceNow integration is extended to support mapping the Submission Description field to a custom field in ServiceNow Incident. When a Description field is mapped to a custom field in ServiceNow Incident, the information from the Description field will be updated in the specified custom field in the ServiceNow incident.
