Bugcrowd ServiceNow integration has been enhanced to provide flexibility in specifying the ServiceNow Instance name. When the instance name is specified, URL is constructed by adding “.service-now.com” to the instance name. If a customer is using a custom ServiceNow installation, then the full URL can be specified in the configuration and it will be used without any changes.
