Increased expiration time
Increased expiration time of s3_signed_url attribute for file_attachments for all versions. Previously the s3_signed_url would expire in 10 seconds. Now the expiration time is 1 minute, so you can more easily use the API while exploring manually. This change will take effect immediately for all versions of the v4 API.
