Increased Quota</h3> <p>You can now have <strong>2 open RaR’s</strong> at any given time (doubling the previous limit of 1). If you currently have an open RaR, you can now open a second request immediately.</p> <h3 id="2-expanded-eligibility">2. Expanded Eligibility</h3> <p>You can now open a RaR for submissions in the <strong>Informational</strong> substate, in addition to all previously eligible substates.</p> <h3 id="3-automatic-expiration">3. Automatic Expiration</h3> <p>To keep submissions moving, any open RaR will now automatically <strong>expire after 10 business days</strong> if no response is provided by the party it was directed to.</p> <ul> <li>When a request expires, your RaR quota is immediately returned, allowing you to open a new one.</li> <li>The expiration event is recorded in the submission’s <strong>Activity Log</strong>, and you will receive an email notification when it occurs.</li> </ul> <h3 id="4-improved-visibility-and-tracking">4.
